Professional Fiduciary / Asset Manager
Base Rate for licensed fiduciary services and asset management.

Case Manager / Fiduciary in Training
Support services by trained case management staff.

Account Research Manager
Specialized financial research and account reconciliation.

Complex Matters & Sales
Real Estate Sales, Liquidation Sales, and other special assignments.

- Terms & Conservatorship Information
Billing Increments: All hourly rates are billed to the 1/10th of the hour.
Outside Professionals: Please note that in the capacity(s) that we will be retained to serve, we may be required to engage the services of an independent attorney or other professionals to assist us. The Trust, Conservatorship, Estate, Client, Corporation, or other Legal Entity directly bears these costs.
Conservatorship Cases: Fees are invoiced monthly and paid from client funds. Fees paid from Conservatorship funds are only paid upon court approval.
- Conservatorship invoices will be paid 40% before court approval (Rule 11 V. (4)).
- If the court previously granted periodic payments on account of conservatorship fees pursuant to Probate Code Section 2643, those periodic payments will be collected instead.
Travel: Normal travel time is billed at the Fiduciary’s standard rate for one direction. Any long-distance travel (over one hour) is billed at the Fiduciary’s discretion.

Not all fiduciaries are created equal. With a Juris Doctor degree and 15 years of experience as a Deputy Public Guardian for Santa Clara County, Kim brings a rare combination of legal acumen and social work compassion.
She has investigated elder abuse, managed complex contested estates, and advocated for the most vulnerable members of our community.
